Focus for June: Emergence.

This session is a space for integration. We've been clearing, remembering, refining- shedding what no longer serves and calling in deeper truth. Now, the parts of us that have been shifting are ready to come together.

Emergence is the unfolding of inner alignment- where clarity, truth, and love begin to move as one. This session supports that which has been gestating to rise gently into presence.

Come as you are. This is a space of resonance, coherence, and gentle becoming.

Group sessions have a different topic each month, and are open to anyone who feels called to join. All are welcome. The sessions are an hour long and unfold organically according to the needs of the group. The meditative energy work portion is followed by a brief q&a. Modalities during sessions vary and often include channeled energy work, light language, Esoteric Healing, and/or Reiki.
